Position Overview: Airtel Customer Support Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Executive (Voice) at Airtel, one of India's leading telecommunications companies. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding service inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and general assistance in a professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems effectively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time frame.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Airtel's products, services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality service delivery by adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring detailed and up-to-date records.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution timelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [additional languages if applicable] to effectively interact with customers.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think analytically, troubleshoot problems, and offer viable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required in a 24/7 customer service environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role (voice-based BPO) is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
