Title: Tele Caller Executive - Axis Bank
Position Overview: Axis Bank Recruitment 2024 is seeking dynamic and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Tele Caller Executives. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting banking products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service to support our banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Axis Bank’s products/services, including loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable banking solutions.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various banking products to encourage customer interest and sales conversions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling, maintaining a database of prospects, and following up on inquiries.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, addressing queries, and offering personalized assistance.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, bank policies, and ethical practices while communicating with customers.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volumes, conversion rates, and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in finance or related fields is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language if applicable] to engage effectively with customers.
- Sales Acumen: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and address their needs effectively.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to influence and persuade customers while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
