  3. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various banking products to encourage customer interest and sales conversions.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling, maintaining a database of prospects, and following up on inquiries.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, addressing queries, and offering personalized assistance.
  6. Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, bank policies, and ethical practices while communicating with customers.
  7. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volumes, conversion rates, and sales targets.
