Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Reservation Management:
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist guests with booking accommodations and provide information about room availability.
- Calling Executives:
- Make outbound calls to guests for booking confirmations and follow-up.
- Provide information about OYO Hotels' services, promotions, and special offers.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Communication:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:
