Position Overview: Reliance Jio Recruitment 2024 invites enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our esteemed team as Customer Service Representatives. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a delightful customer experience for our telecommunications services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls, addressing their queries, providing information about products/services, and assisting with issue resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer problems, troubleshoot issues effectively, and provide timely and accurate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Reliance Jio's offerings, including plans, packages, and services, to assist customers efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality service consistently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems or designated software.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution metrics.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; higher education is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi] to effectively communicate with customers.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and address customer needs efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required in a 24/7 customer service environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for customer satisfaction are encouraged to apply.
